How our tenants pay their rent

Online with Ozow

In the Rentlink Residential app, open your rent and tap Pay via Ozow:

• Choose your bank, and approve the payment in your bank's own app or internet banking.
• The payment is recorded against your rent as soon as it goes through.
• We never see your banking details.

Direct payment (EFT)

• Pay into our bank account by EFT, with your own reference, so that we can match the payment to your rent.
• Our bank details and your reference are on every invoice, and in the Rentlink Residential app.
• Check the account number against your invoice before you pay. We never ask you by phone, SMS or WhatsApp to pay into a different account.
