Notha Property (Pty) Ltd invests in rental property and runs it on Rentlink, its own property management system: Rentlink Students for student accommodation and Rentlink Residential for residential tenants.
About Notha Property
We are a property investment company. We put our money into rental property, and we look after it ourselves, with a management system we built for the purpose.
That system is Rentlink, and it comes as two apps. Rentlink Students looks after student accommodation, from the room advert to the day a student moves out. Rentlink Residential does the same job for residential tenants. Owners, tenants, caretakers, contractors and security all work in the same place, so nothing is lost between a phone call and a spreadsheet.
What that means for a property
