Rentlink
One system from Notha Property, in two apps: Rentlink Students for student accommodation and Rentlink Residential for residential tenants. On the phone and on Windows.
Two apps, one for each kind of rental
Choose the one that fits your property. Each keeps its own accounts and its own records.
For students, property managers, property owners, caretakers, contractors and security at a residence.
- Rooms and beds, room adverts and enrollment
- Students who pay cash or have a bursary; rent over a 10-month cycle
- Repairs, quotes and contractors
- Student card, visitor passes, and SOS or security support
For tenants of houses and flats, and the people who let and manage them.
- Units to let, unit adverts and enrollment
- Rent due every month until the tenant moves out, and a deposit of one month's rent
- Repairs, quotes and contractors
- Tenant card, visitor passes, and SOS or security support
What both apps do
The two apps are built the same way, so a property manager who knows one knows the other.
A screen for each person
Residents, property managers, property owners, caretakers, contractors and security guards each sign in and see their own part of the property.
Rent on record
What is due, what has been paid and who is behind, recorded as payments arrive. The apps record payments; they do not handle the money.
Repairs seen through
A problem is reported, given to a contractor, done and confirmed, with quotes for bigger jobs and the cost kept on record.
Access at the gate
A card on the resident's phone that the guard scans, and visitor passes residents create for their guests.
Security that matches the property
An SOS button where a property is linked to an armed response service, security support where it has guards only, and no button where it has neither.
Figures for managers and owners
Occupancy, income, maintenance cost and repair times for each property. The owner sees the same figures as their property manager.
