Choose your membership below and fill in the request: who you are, what you need, and the username and password you want to sign in with.
We confirm with you
Our office contacts you, confirms your request and arranges payment with you. No payment is taken on this website or in the apps.
Sign in to the app
Once your access is switched on, get the app (it is free) and sign in. From then on the office grants and manages your access, for the period you pay for.
What you can join, and what it costs
Rentlink for property managers
or R2 490 a year (twelve months for the price of ten), after a free trial of 14 days. Your properties, tenants, rent and repairs in one place.
List houses for sale
for every 5 listings. Property managers browse your houses in the app.
I Care: Emergency Button
A Panic Button on your phone for people who don't live in one of our properties: choose the Ambulance Alert, the Security Alert, or both.
Students and tenants
You don't join here, and the app costs you nothing: the office of your property registers you. The Panic Button's two services are optional. The ambulance service is R29 a month and the security service R49 a month. Ask for them in the app, under My Account; the office arranges it with you and switches the service on.
Paying
Payment is arranged between you and our office when your request is confirmed, and again when a period ends. The office then grants your access for the period paid for: a month or a year for property managers, a month for estate agents. The services of the Panic Button are switched on, and off, by the office.
