Notha Property (Pty) Ltd is a property investment company with its own property management system.
Who we are
We invest in rental property, and we believe a property is only as good as the way it is run.
So we built the tools to run it well. Our property management system keeps track of who lives where, what rent is due, what is broken and who is fixing it. It is called Rentlink, and it comes as two apps for owners, tenants and staff: Rentlink Students for student accommodation and Rentlink Residential for residential tenants.
Other owners and property managers can put their properties on the same system and see exactly how they are doing.

How we work
Look after the tenant
A tenant who can report a problem and see it fixed stays, pays and looks after the place.
Show the owner the numbers
Occupancy, rent collected, what maintenance cost and how long repairs took, for every property.
Keep the record
Every payment, repair and message is kept with its date and who did it, so there is no arguing later.
