See how your properties are doing, and act on it
- Properties and units: every unit, who lives in it, and which are free.
- Unit adverts: photos and rent for the units you want to fill; interested people send their details and you or your caretaker follow up.
- Tenants and rent: each tenant's rent month by month, payments as they are recorded, and who is behind.
- Deposits: one month's rent, paid at once or over three months; what is held, what is still owed, and the refund when a tenant moves out.
- Unit requests: ask the office to enrol a tenant and give them a unit.
- Security: the office links each property's security. An armed response service gives your tenants the SOS button; guards alone give them security support for matters in the house.
- Tickets: repairs and complaints at your properties; assign your own contractor, or close a ticket that needs none with a note.
- Quotes and services: ask company contractors to quote for a job, or request cleaning, security or garden services for a property.
- Performance: occupancy, income, maintenance cost and how fast problems are resolved, per property and per unit.
- Chat: message the office and contractors, and reach your tenants in chat rooms.
- Property owners: ask the office to give the owner of your properties their own sign-in. They see the dashboard, the performance figures and the properties of your portfolio, and change nothing.
A subscription for property managers; a once-off fee for tenants
Property owners, caretakers and contractors don't pay to use Rentlink Residential. Tenants pay a once-off R300 enrollment fee before they are given a unit, and nothing after that. Property managers pay a subscription after a free trial.

Full access from the day your account is created. No payment details are asked for.
Month to month
Paid by EFT with the reference shown in the app; the office confirms it.
A full year
Twelve months for the price of ten, paid by EFT.
Company contractors
When a contractor from the Notha Property (Pty) Ltd panel does a job for you, you pay the contractor's price plus a 10% service fee, as one amount. Jobs done by your own contractors carry no fee.
Estate agents
Agents can list houses for sale, which property managers browse in the app: R600 a month for every 5 listings.
Rent and deposits are paid by your tenants as you agree with them; Rentlink Residential records the payments and refunds and does not handle the money.

Contact us, or choose “Request a property manager account” on the sign-in screen of the Windows app, and tell us about your properties.

The office reviews every request, creates your account and adds your properties and units with you.
